At Pumpskin, we strive to deliver high-quality products. Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we follow a limited return policy to ensure safety and hygiene.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
To be eligible:
- You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Clear unboxing video or photo proof is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind
- Skin reactions or personal dislike
- Minor packaging differences
3. Refund Policy
- Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
4. Replacement Policy
If eligible, we will:
- Provide a free replacement, or
- Offer a refund, based on the situation
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
6. Failed Deliveries / RTO (Return to Origin)
If a COD order is not accepted and returned back:
- We may restrict COD access for future orders
- Re-shipping will require prepaid payment
